We are delighted to announce that the next in the IABA’s series of online webinars is ‘What’s your plan? – Creating a Club Development Plan’ scheduled for Tuesday 7 July 2020 from 7:30pm – 8:30pm. The webinar will be facilitated by Paddy Barnes (IABA Club Development Officer).
ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
Having a good Club Development Plan is an excellent tool which can give real strategic focus to your club. This webinar will focus on helping clubs to create a development plan which will assist with working towards achieving both short and longer term goals.
The content of this webinar will provide a step by step approach to creating a Club Development Plan, as well as providing some template documentation for clubs to help structure individual plans.
