The vision of Ulster High Performance is to provide a world class system which is nationally aligned for talented boxers within Ulster.

Ulster High Performance was established in 2014, with the aim to develop world class boxers that will go on to be successful at major international competitions. Since then we have seen success inside and outside the ring for the boxers and the programme.

The aim of the programme is to deliver an effective and inclusive world class talent system that produces higher quality boxers at every level and provides more opportunities and access to the talent system for all boxers with potential.

Ulster High Performance will identify, select and develop talented Ulster boxers form Youth to Elite. We will aim to develop them into podium boxers at major competitions such as the Olympic Games and Commonwealth Games.

To do this, expert coaching and support is provided to help boxers become the best boxer that they can, and it is up to each individual to do the rest – to show commitment, hard work and drive, and make the most of the opportunities presented.

Ulster High Performance hopes to inspire and nurture the current and future boxers.
