IABA Vice-President Sean Canavan and National Register Stephen Connolly oversaw proceedings for the Ulster Congress at the Inishowen Gateway Hotel, Buncrana, Donegal.
Special tributes were paid to Jim Noonan who retired from his role as Vice -President. The Council has gained valuable new Members following the results of the election.
