An impressive entry of 152 boxers got proceedings underway at the Burnfoot venue with 31 bouts decided.
Boxing will continue at the same venue tomorrow at 12 noon with a further 28 bouts down for decision.
A total of 27 finals will be contested on Sunday 13th in the Halfway House.
Weigh-in for Finals from 10 – 10.30AM. Boxing at 12 Noon.
The John Mc Ilree Memorial Trophy will be awarded for the Best Boxer of the Championships.
