UBC Sub-Committees: Calls for Expression of Interest

Dear Members

The Ulster Boxing Council is looking to improve its structure and organisation so that it becomes more effective in terms of its development, planning and delivery.

As part of developing effective organisations the council would like to establish a number of Sub-Committees which engage a range of club members (not just the board) and IABA Ulster Branch staff members who are willing to drive forward various areas of work that the council wishes to focus on. These committees are:

• Competitions

• Workforce

• Strategic Review

• High Performance and Pathways

• Engagement and Participation
