A host of talent was on display at the Burnfoot venue on Sunday with 37 Finals down for decision. A special tribute to all the Coaches, Parents and Family members who attended to support the many young boxers was the sentiments of Ulster President Mr. Paul Mc Mahon. ‘ The abounding talent across the 11,12 & 13 age groups is phenomenal and Ulster boxing has a strong future’.
Des Tracey presented The ‘John McIlree Perpetual Trophy to Grace Quinn St. Johns BC for the Best Boxer of the Championships. A special thanks to Cllr. Frank Mc Brearty and National Registrar Stephen Connolly who attended the Finals.
