8-9am Finalists weigh-in on the morning of their Finals.
At the conclusion of the weigh-in, details of the weights will be sent to The National Stadium (01-4540777), or by email to
sally@iaba.ie where the draw will be take place at approx 12.00pm on Tuesday 25th August. Programmes will be put up on the website.
All 6 units are requested to have a representative at the draw.
Draw: 12.00pm Tuesday 25th August
Boxing: Friday 28th Prelims 6.00pm
All other times contingent on entries and will be announced at Draw.
Entry Fee: Medical Record Cards and entry fee of 10 Euros must be produced at the initial weigh in. Boxers must advise details of any medication they are taking or have taken in the preceding 4 weeks. Anti Doping may be carried out at any stage of the competition. Entries to reach the National Stadium before close of business on Wednesday 19th August, by mail, fax or email.
No entries will be taken over the phone.
Eligibility: Boys born in 2001 & 2002 who have reached Semi Finals in their Provincial Championships 2015
Contested Weights : 38.5kg, 40kg, 41.5kg, 43kg, 44.5kg, 46kg, 48kg, 50kg,52kg, 54kg, 56kg, 59kg, 62kg, 65kg, 68kg, 72kg, 76kg, 76+ kg
Attention is called to the stipulation in the IABA Rule Book that “each boxer presented by his club for competition shall be fit to box. This is the responsibility of his club”.
