IABA Introduction to Financial Management
Following the SportNI Sports Sustainability Fund and ROI Club Resilience Fund we are delighted to offer Financial Management training for clubs.
The 1hr Zoom workshop will take clubs through how to manage and record the income and expenditure to enable them to demonstrate good financial governance.
We will also cover the most common areas of finance that clubs may struggle with including good record keeping, cash handling, governance and reporting.

The workshop will be delivered by Tony Clarke of Clark & Co.
Once you have booked on we will send you the Zoom log in details 24hr in advance of the workshop.
The session is aimed at the club’s appointed treasurer and other committee members in the club. Templates will be provided for you to use within you own club.
Note that this course is only available to IABA Affiliated Club Volunteers.
