Also note the following:
- Committee’s must have a different person in each role. i.e. the CPO can not be fulfilled by someone already named on the committee list.
- Ensure each committee member has their own email address listed and telephone number
- Coaches, officials (Referees & judges) and non-coaching volunteers lists: if the name appears please click to make them active or inactive, amend their qualifications and data of birth if you have them. Please do not add them in again.
- Additionally, you should only be selecting a coach on the coaches list if they are a coach and they should not be selected as a non-coaching volunteer.
- If someone is missing from the list and you have to add them, this means they have no current up to date vetting check in place and will need checked. Note if they are not on your list then they are not covered by IABA insurance.
- If you don’t receive a confirmation email once you submit please check with one of the team to ensure its submitted rather than filling out the form again.
- How to pay information will be forwarded out to clubs in due course.
