Please find attached the 2019/20 club affiliation form along with the covering letter. The deadline for the return of completed forms is on or before Friday 31st May 2019. All completed forms and affiliation fees must be returned to the following address:

It should be noted that no cash payments will be accepted. If clubs wish to make payment via a bank transfer they should contact the staff in the IABA Ulster Office to obtain BACS details and a unique reference number. The telephone number for the Ulster Office is 028 9038 3224.
In order to facilitate the return of club affiliation forms and fees the IABA Ulster staff will be available at the following venues. We would really encourage clubs to come along on these dates and submit your completed application forms and fees.
